However, before logging in, users must ensure that their administrator has set up the app for their organization. They will also need to select the region they are using and enter their Company Shortname, which is a unique identification number provided by their company administrator. Companies must be using approval workflows to process To Do Items, and supported timesheet profiles are Bulk Hours and Start/End (All Days) only. Employers must have the HCMtoGO software configured for mobile use, and users must have permission to access the app via their security profile.</div><div class="tab-content-content"></div><div class="tab-content-content">Once users have access to the HCMtoGo app, they can perform a variety of tasks to enhance their human resource needs. These include checking and editing timesheets, submitting and viewing time off requests, checking vacation/sick balances, enrolling in benefits, viewing pay stubs, managing direct deposits, and checking schedules. If enabled, users can also swap shifts with peers.</div><div class="tab-content-content"></div><div class="tab-content-content">As an administrator, it is important to note that users must have permission to access the app via their security profile and UI Preferences widget. Companies must be using approval workflows to process To Do Items, and supported timesheet profiles are Bulk Hours and Start/End (All Days) only. The company's Short Name must be provided to users for login, and basic authentication with SSO is not currently supported.</div>
