The app offers remote services such as starting or stopping the vehicle, locking or unlocking the doors, honking the horn, and flashing the lights. It also provides emergency assistance, including automatic connection to emergency services in the event of a collision, roadside assistance, and live, hands-free emergency assistance via voice call. The app also offers customizable alerts, such as notifications when the vehicle is driven outside or inside of a specified boundary, over a specified speed, or outside of an allowed area. Additionally, the app provides convenience features such as software and map updates, live concierge services, and vehicle status updates.</div><div class="tab-content-content"></div><div class="tab-content-content">However, it is important to note that the NissanConnect Services telematics program was affected by AT&T's decision to discontinue its 3G cellular network. As of February 22, 2022, all Nissan vehicles equipped with telematics hardware compatible for use with the 3G cellular network will be unable to connect to the 3G network and unable to access the NissanConnect Services features.
