The Primorsky Territory Development Corporation and VRLABDV Virtual Reality Laboratory have collaborated to create an augmented reality (AR) application for the Integrated Entertainment Resort Primorye, the largest tourist project in the Russian Far East. The app allows users to virtually immerse themselves in the project, which is based on the best tourism business practices in Macau and Singapore. The project includes the construction of 12 luxury hotels, casinos, and entertainment facilities. The first stage of the project involves the construction of 25 land plots, 19 of which have already been leased to investors. The total investment amount is 117 billion rubles.<br/><br/>The Integrated Entertainment Resort Primorye is located in Muravyinaya Bay, Artemovskiy GO, Primorskiy Territory, and covers a total area of 619 hectares. The first stage of the project, which is expected to be completed by 2025, involves the construction of facilities on an area of 263 hectares. The remaining 356 hectares are a prospective development zone intended for entertainment-type facilities such as amusement parks, museums, theaters, historical parks, and art spaces.
